School Library Journal’s first-ever Day of Dialog to coincide with the Brooklyn Book Festival was a terrific success. I met some of my long-time favorite authors and illustrators, including fellow Latinos Raúl Colón and Eric Velasquez, and met some wonderful debut authors as well. I hope it isn’t the last event like this SLJ hosts in Brooklyn!
